than a real estate agent...a friend
It is no secret
that there are many real estate agents in the
greater North Myrtle Beach and Grand Strand area of
Horry County. What may come to a surprise to many is
the level of personal attention and dedication that
an agent takes toward a potential client. In many
cases you will find yourself caught in the
"turnstile" of a larger real estate company, being
shuffled back and forth until finally, and
unfortunately, you become discouraged. At Coastal
Condo, we apply the same commitment to our real
estate sales as we do our rentals. The customer
comes first. This is why we have Steven Kirby on
board.
Steven Kirby was
born and raised in Hickory N. C.. After graduation
from Hickory High School, he joined the U. S. Army
where he was a member of the elite Special Forces
“Green Berets”.
After military
service, he attended Catawba Valley College, and
East Carolina University. He earned a B.S. Degree in
Business Management and Production. He also holds a
Private Pilot License, and was a NASCAR driver for
several years.
Steven has been
coming to Myrtle Beach all of his life. In 2001 he
permanently relocated to the North Myrtle Beach
area. Having owned property in Myrtle Beach since
1983, his knowledge of the area is extensive.
Steven has been
in sales all of his working career. He excelled in
the Business Forms Industry in sales and as a
business owner with two office locations, one in
Hickory N. C. and the other in Wilmington N. C. He
now is using this experience in the Real Estate
Industry. Steven was Awarded the Prestigious Re/Max
100% Club Award for the year 2005 while a Realtor
with that company. He is now the V.P. Sales with
Coastal Condos Inc. in the Ocean Drive section of
North Myrtle Beach. Steven resides in North Myrtle
Beach with his wife Pamela who is also a Realtor.
