Coastal Condos is pleased to feature
professional, eco-friendly cleaning services for all
condo units, beach houses and properties that we
manage. We are the ONLY vacation rental and property
management company to offer both Green Cleaning and
Mattress Disinfection/Sanitization on the Grand
Strand!
Every year thousands of vacationers visit the Myrtle
Beach Grand Strand area, and many of them use
Coastal Condos as their rental company. Although we
have always maintained a high standard of
cleanliness at all times, our objective is to take
clean to a newer, safer level for our customers and
for Mother Nature.
 Using
the services of a professional cleaning company,
each unit that we manage will be thoroughly cleaned
after each rental. This cleaning includes the use of
ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE or "Green"
cleaning products. Also, every mattress and all
upholstered pieces of furniture will be regularly
sanitized and disinfected at regular intervals.
But how does this benefit you and why should this be

Just to
a note to let you know how
impressed we are with the
sanitizing initiative that is

Each aspect of the process was
well handled. The notice that
people would be coming on a
specific day was excellent and
allowed me to plan to be at the
unit. The 2 people that came to
do the work explained the
process carefully to me,
thoroughly covered the safety of
the product both to humans and
for our dog Remy. I was quite
comfortable with the products
and very impressed with the
approach. They proceeded with
their work in a very efficient
and friendly manner.
This
initiative is a win-win for both
the property owners and the
renters. I have shared the
information and what had been
done with the 20 other couples
that are our group down here in
NMB and each and every one of
them was very interested and
thought it was excellent.
